5G Uses How Much Electricity? You Can’t Be Serious…. Wireless Rate Plan Prices To Increase Dramatically!
“Increasing energy bills could negatively impact the pace of 5G rollouts in Italy and across the rest of Europe, according to CEO of Vodafone Italia.”
Telenor said in its quarterly financing reporting yesterday : “Telenor warned it would be increasingly difficult to reach its guiding or even flat EBITDA in 2022 due to the “energy price development” of the last couple of months.”
Once again we are ahead of the curve in our predictions of what is going on in the industry.
Telefonica Spain called this reality out over 15 months ago way before the spike in electricity prices that the world has faced :
… “the decline in OIBDA stemmed from the impact of higher energy costs….”
