Forbes Completes Survey Confirming What mobilityView Has Been Saying Since The Beginning Of The Pandemic : 4% Of Employers Will Require Employees To Return To The Office Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

A new survey of employers from the Conference Board finds that just 4% said they had required all employees to return to the workplace full-time.
“We were all pretty shocked,” says Robin Erickson, vice president of human capital at the Conference Board. “We were surprised given what we’re hearing about how many employers are requiring workers to come back full time.”
In other words: Hybrid work arrangements really do seem to be taking hold. The research found that 90% of the surveyed employers are allowing hybrid work schedules, whether that means the occasional office visit that workers decide on their own or a more prescribed schedule of one to four days in the workplace.

- Governments eliminate Workplace Safety rules (the US has tripled the fines) & eliminates the ability for an employee to sue
- This thing is cured and wiped from the face of the earth
- Once the experts say this, it will take at least a year for people to believe them
